Evidence generally supports avoiding a routinely large meal very close to bedtime, but there is no single clock time that is right for everyone.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"em-section\">\n<h2>Four jobs for the evening meal<\/h2>\n<div class=\"em-grid\">\n<article class=\"em-card\">\n<h3>Complete the protein pattern<\/h3>\n<p>Include a meaningful source of complete or thoughtfully combined protein, especially when earlier meals were light.
