Coyne, MD, MMI, is a board-certified internist and gastroenterologist whose clinical and research interests focus on gut health and nutritional epigenetics.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Coyne earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his postgraduate training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he served as Assistant Medical Director and president of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Association. He has co-authored scientific publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, including <em>The New England Journal of Medicine<\/em> and <em>Gastroenterology<\/em>. He is also the author of <em>Epigenetic Nutrition: Reducing the Risk of Early-Onset Colorectal Cancer<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing the growing role of information technology in medicine, Dr. Coyne earned a Master of Medical Informatics from Northwestern University.
